Welcome to Beautiful Life Clothing Boutique’s Returns & Exchanges FAQ page. To return or exchange an item, please visit our Return Portal. We’re covering our most-asked questions related to returns and exchanges. If your question didn’t make the list, if you have questions regarding our items prior to placing your order, or if you are having technical issues with ordering, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or use the messenger feature on the site for immediate assistance during store hours (listed below). Please note we are closed on Sundays.

What is your Return/Exchange Policy?
At Beautiful Life Clothing, we understand that sometimes an item just isn’t what you expected or it doesn’t fit quite right. Our number one goal is to help you! We are here to make our customers happy and confident and we know online shopping can be difficult. This is why we now allow for our customers to return or exchange an item within 30 days of the shipping date.
We approach every return as it’s own situation and will do everything in our power to help you and make this a positive experience for you. Items can be returned for your money back within 30 days from the shipping date. Sale items are final sale and are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
After 30 days, an item is no longer eligible for return and/or exchange.
In order for an item to be returned:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and have tags still attached. If items appear worn, have makeup or other stains, or smell of smoke or perfume, your return WILL NOT be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
- Shoes must have no sign of wear and must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional protective shipping safe box/bag to be eligible.
- There can be no stains or discoloration on the items.
- Sale items may not be returned, refunded or exchanged.
- NON-RETURNABLE: Sale items, Jewelry, Intimates, Bras, Camisoles, Slips, Socks.
- Damaged items MUST be reported within 3 days of receiving your product. Please contact us at email@example.com for assistance.
Items not meeting the above guidelines will be returned to you at your expense. For additional information on returns, or if you have a question that wasn’t answered, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
When will my return be processed?
Returns are processed within 7-10 business days of our receiving them. Please record your tracking information to see when it arrives.
We recommend using the free pre-paid return label we will provide to you. Once you have completed our return and/or exchange form, please email email@example.com.
We will send a confirmation email when your exchange has been processed or when you have been refunded for your return. Please note: original shipping charges will not be refunded.
How do I return and/or exchange my merchandise?
- Go to beautifullifeclothing.com/a/returns and click BEGIN MY RETURN or EXCHANGE.
- Start by entering your order details.
- Select which product from your order you would like to return or exchange and the reason as to why you wish to return or exchange the product.
- If exchanging, choose the product ad/or size you wish to exchange for. You can exchange your item(s) for a new size if the product is still in stock or you may choose a new item. If the new item(s) is priced below your original purchase, you will be refunded the difference. If your new item(s) is more expensive than your original purchase, you will be charged the amount of the difference.
- Print off free shipping label to mail your item(s) back to Beautiful Life Clothing. You will also receive your free shipping label in an email.
- Place item in secure packaging and send back to us.
- You will receive a confirmation email when we have received your item(s) and the return or exchange has been processed.
Please be aware that sale items, jewelry, intimates, bras, camisoles, slips, and socks are FINAL sale items and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
