New Return Policy
Effective on purchases made after March 1, 2019
We are here to make our customers happy! We understand that online shopping is hard, so we allow returns within 30 days of the purchase date.
We will approach each return as it’s own situation and will do everything in our power to make the experience a positive one.
We will apply returns to the tender it was purchased with or as in-store credit.
After 30 days, an item is no longer available for return.
- Items must be unworn with tags still attached.
- Shoes must have no sign of wear.
- A damaged item must be returned within 30 days for in-store credit only.
- All Sale Items are Final Sale (no returns).
Step 1. Email email@example.com to let us know you are sending an item(s) back. Please include the item's name and the reason for the return.
If you would like to exchange the item for a different size, we will be able to check stock on the new size at this time.
Step 2. Place items back in original box and re-label it using the below address. Be sure to cover your original shipping address with a new label or marker.
