What are your shipping options?
We have 5 domestic shipping options to choose from upon checkout. For items needed in a hurry, please select one of our expedited shipping options to receive your item(s) sooner. For our local customers, we do offer free in-store pickup.
Free Local Pickup - We offer free local pickup at our storefront in Anaconda, MT. If you place your order before 1 p.m. MST, it will be ready that same day. You'll receive a notification once your order is ready. Our pickup hours are Monday-Friday 10:30am-5:30pm, at 221 East Park Ave, Anaconda, MT 59711.
1- 7 Business Days - $9.95 - We ship using UPS and USPS and can typically get your orders out in just 1-2 business days. After that processing period, you’ll have your order within 7 business days.
2 Business Days - $20.95 - Place your order by 1 p.m. MST, and we’ll ship it out the same business day. You will receive your order in just 2 business days. Please keep in mind that delays due to UPS/USPS exceptions, weather delays, and other unforeseen circumstances are outside our control.
Next Day Shipping - $38.95 - Place your order by 1 p.m. MST, and we can ship it out that same day. It will be at your door the next business day. Orders placed after 1 p.m. MST will ship out the next business day and arrive the following business day. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Our business days are Monday-Friday, and weekends and holidays are not included in these delivery times.
Free US Shipping if you spend over $100 – All orders placed that are over $100 automatically qualify for free US shipping. Please allow for 1-2 business days to process your order. Once your order is processed, it should be to you within 7-10 business days.
There may be additional delays due to weather and USPS/UPS exceptions that are beyond our control.
We are not responsible for packages that are mis-delivered due to incorrect shipping information provided to us by the customer. Please make sure all shipping information has been entered correctly before placing your order.
Please note: Delivery times do not include weekends or holidays. Business days that allow for shipping are Monday-Friday. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Any delays due to UPS/USPS exceptions and weather related delays are beyond our control.
What are your International Shipping rates?
We love our international customers! For all international countries, the cost and delivery time varies by the final shipping destination.
Please note, the customer pays duty and tax fees at the time of delivery.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages if and when delivery has been confirmed.
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship the next business day after the order has been placed! We’ll email you the tracking information as soon as your order ships. We do offer expedited shipping options if you’re shopping in a hurry.
